Freshwinds Institute of Integrated Medicine, Birmingham (UK) is a progressive institute of education and clinical practice in integrated medicine. It was established in 2000 by Freshwinds Charity to champion learning and development in Integrated Medicine. The Institute emphasises on guiding individuals to a deeper understanding of health and healing, and help them to put this into practice either by entering into an educational pathway or at an individual level by facilitating them to take charge of their own well-being.

Our reputation is based on the breath of expertise and experience gained since almost 20 years of Freshwinds charity services offered to individuals with palliative care need and/or long term conditions. Our integrated model of care is widely known for being unique complementary and integrated medicine services with high service standards. It incorporates a coordinated multidisciplinary approach through the combined skills of a medical and complementary therapy team. For almost a decade FIIM has been delivering training and education in integrated and complementary medicine at an under and post graduate level to medical and therapy professionals.

Education and E-Learning
FIIM offers a broad range of educational opportunities for healthcare professionals who have an interest in the practice of integrated medicine. In the main the Institute’s courses are online and offered through its e-learning programme with undergraduate CPDs and post graduate courses which lead up to a masters level.
Well-Being Centre
Individualized integrated health care services are offered through our Well-Being Centre based in Birmingham. Integrated and complementary therapy practitioners are able to help develop care plans for individuals who would like help with any health or well-being issues.
